Paula Deen Gets Standing Ovation During Emotional Return To The Stage! Watch HERE!

She’s baaaaaaack y’all!!

Paula Deen made her first public appearance this weekend at the Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show in Houston after facing a damaging racial discrimination lawsuit that was eventually dropped.

But despite all of the controversy, the celebrity chef got a big taste of Southern hospitality as she was met with a standing ovation from the Texas crowd of 1,400!

Paula couldn’t hide her emotions as the waterworks began to flow and she thanked the crowd, saying:

“I’ve said all along that the one place that I would want to make my first step back out was Texas. Y’all’s hearts are as big as your state.”

The event had previously dropped Paula from their ads and we weren’t really sure how the public would respond to her after she admitted to using racial slurs at her restaurant, but it sounds like we have our answer!

This is just the beginning of her comeback, as she’s also scheduled to make an appearance at The Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show in Dallas on September 22nd with her son Bobby Deen!

Ch-ch-check out her emotional return to the stage (above)!
