Awkward! Paula Patton Will Be Called To Testify In Robin Thicke's Legal Battle With Marvin Gaye's Son!

Well, this is awkward!
According to court documents, Paula Patton will be called to testify in Robin Thicke‘s lawsuit with Marvin Gaye III over the song Love After War.

Paula co-wrote the hit with her ex, Robin, and Marvin is pissed because he thinks it’s a rip-off of his dad’s After the Dance.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the only song the two men are warring over — Gaye’s namesake thinks Blurred Lines is suspiciously similar to Got to Give It Up.
Considering Thicke attended Patton’s holiday party this year, we think the exes will peacefully work this legal matter out.
