Pauley Perrette Was Face-To-Face With Her Alleged Attacker In Court

As we reported, Pauley Perrette‘s alleged attacker — David Merck — was charged with making a criminal threat and false imprisonment by violence for reportedly assaulting the NCIS star outside of her Hollywood home last month.

On Wednesday, the 46-year-old actress was forced to confront the 45-year-old homeless man in what was an extremely emotional day in court.
According to witnesses, the CBS thespian took the stand to recount that horrific night where she was assailed.
Perrette refused to make eye contact with Merck, except when she was asked to identify him.
On the other hand, the defendant stared at the New Orleans-native throughout the session.
At the end of her statement, the actress was visibly shaken, and left the courtroom through a private exit.
Merck plead not guilty to both charges. If convicted, he could face up to four years in jail.
