Pauly D's #1 Focus Is New Daughter, But His Baby Mama Won't Let Him See Her Alone!

Baby mama drama to the MAXXXXX!!
Pauly D might have been your last guess as to which of the Jersey Shore housemates would be next in line in the kid department, but that doesn’t change the fact that he IS!
Amazeballzly, it sounds like he’s really gearing up for the dad role — but the only problem is that his baby mama doesn’t want him to ever see her alone and unsupervised!
First, here’s what Pauly said about being a dad:

My No. 1 focus is my daughter. Everything in my life will now revolve around her and what’s best for her. I cannot wait to meet her. I’ve never been so excited in my entire life. I’m proud to be a father, and I’m ready for it.”

But like we said — the legal battle for custody and visitation rights is ON.
Amabella is already 5 months old and her mom does NOT want him to visit their daughter…. specifically if he’s going to be unsupervised. This news was prompted after Pauly’s lawyer sent a letter to Amanda Markert‘s attorney, asking for 2 weeks of visitation.
Amanda’s attorney shot it down, of course, saying he can’t see the baby unsupervised for that period of time.
If that’s the case, Pauly really IS looking forward just to meet the little one, because he then agreed to having supervising just for the chance… but he hasn’t heard a word back!
Here’s what his rep said:

“Paul and his entire family are eager to meet and spend time with Paul├óΓé¼Γäós daughter. Paul has been requesting visitation for quite some time now, but his requests have either gone unresponded to or denied. He and his family are committed to being a significant part of his daughter├óΓé¼Γäós life and are excited to make that a reality. “

It really sounds like he’s excited to be a dad!
We hope he gets to meet her someday, it would be so sad if he doesn’t! She’s sooooo adorbzies!!
