Well, it could have been worse!

Mattel, the makers of Barbie, sued the makers of the Bratz dolls because their creator was working at Mattel when he came up with the concept for the Bratz hos.

Well, Mattel won the case and they wanted upwards of $2 billion!!!!

Thankfully for them, a California jury only awarded Mattel $40 million on Tuesday.

The Bratz dolls bring in around $500 million annually.
