Penn State Cheerleader Responding Well To Medicine!

We previously mentioned that Paige Raque, a 19-year-old cheerleader from Penn State, ended up in critical condition after a 39-foot fall!
Paige suffered a fractured pelvis and some pretty severe head injuries.
She’s apparently in a semi-coma now, and “responding well” to brain stimulating drugs, but still in critical condition.
Doctors are still unsure if there will be any permanent brain damage.
The family spokesman said:

“Paige has been given drugs ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ some sort of amphetamines ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ to stimulate her brain. She has responded positively so that├óΓé¼Γäós a great start. The drugs speed up her brain process.”

So her brain is at least still working, so hopefully doctors can tell soon if she has any serious injuries to her brain.
The spokesman continued:

“Paige is still comatose and she hasn├óΓé¼Γäót talked yet but she can make some facial expressions. She├óΓé¼Γäós obviously very uncomfortable and I think she├óΓé¼Γäós trying to express that! She can also move her arms and legs a bit.”

We hope that the stimulation drugs do their thing and Paige is able to wake up soon.
She and her whole family are in our thoughts and prayers.
