Pennsylvania Says Jon And Kate Should Have Had Child-Labor Permits!

Well DUH!

Pennsylvania regulators agree that child-labor permits should have been obtained for 8 children of Jon and Kate Gosselin while their TLC show was still on the air, but they aren’t going to take any legal action against the producers.

For any future filming however the Department of Labor & Industry will require that the kids have work permits and that a portion of the proceeds go into a trust fund for them.

Sounds reasonable to us!

But it also sounds like they got away with murder for the 4 seasons of the show!
