This Pepsi drama will NOT die!
And now the police are involved!
Apparently the cops in the commercial wore uniforms mimicking the ones worn by the San Francisco Police Department. Behind-the-scenes images (above) were disseminated online depicting a similar logo as the SFPD’s on the main cop’s sleeve.

Now, sources at SFPD tell TMZ that they might take legal action!
They say that Pepsi never asked for permission to use the logo, and that they’re currently discussing the matter with the City Attorney to see if any legal lines were crossed.
Whelp!
At least the soda giant has tons of money and shrewd legal eagles of its own. We’re sure they’ll be fine.
