Perfumania is looking to wed Parlux for $170 million. Though Parlux is currently soliciting other offers, it appears as if this is the deal that’s going down.
Parlux’s portfolio boasts celebrity and designer scents. From Rihanna to Nicole Miller, Parlux would be a great partner for Perfumania.
Perfumania’s President and CEO says:
