RHOA Phaedra Parks' Divorce Judgment Gets Thrown Out -- She's Still Married!

Oop, still married!
Phaedra Parks‘ plans are not going as she hoped since a judge has thrown out her divorce judgment against ex Apollo Nida, who is currently in prison.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the judge felt that the divorce was not fair to Apollo, AND the judge wasn’t exactly happy with the fact that Apollo’s name was misspelled in the documents.
Furthermore, he was never served with documents notifying him that the divorce was final, nor was he informed of the final hearing.
Not kosher!
Guess Phaedra’s gonna have to start all over again!
