Pharrell Scoops Up A Lawsuit Over Ice Cream Clothing

N.E.R.D’s Pharrell Williams is suing the Gilmar Group after they blocked a trademark application for his Ice Cream clothing line.
The Italian fashion firm believe the music producer’s label is too similar to their Ice and Iceberg labels.
But Pharrell begs to differ. He explained that adding the word ‘cream’, which is slang for money, “creates a vastly different sound, appearance, meaning and overall commercial impression.”
We compared Williams’ clothing to Iceberg’s and they’re completely different.
Team Pharrell!
