Phelps Driving With An Invalid License At The Time Of Accident!

Even though Baltimore police aren’t placing the blame on Michael Phelps for Thursday night’s car accident in Baltimore, Phelps has been issued a citation!
The Olympic swimmer was driving with an invalid license!!!!
Dumb!
Although the citation doesn’t carry a fine, Fishy Phelps will still have to show up in court and explain to the judge why he doesn’t have a valid Maryland license.
Better think of a good excuse, Fishy!
