Phil Spector Trying To Appeal His Sentence

Earlier this year, music producer Phil Spector was sentenced to 19 years in prison for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson back in 2003.

But now the accused douche is appealing his criminal conviction.

On Wednesday, Spector’s lawyers filed a brief requesting for a third trial!

According to his attorneys, there was some alleged misconduct on the prosecutors’ part.

Riiiight.

The sharks attorneys are also claiming judicial misconduct since prosecutors showed the jurors a video of Superior Court Judge Paul Fidler commenting on some of the evidence.

Good luck with that. Spector needs to pay for his crimes.
