Philip Seymour Hoffman Killed By Massive Overdose Of MULTIPLE Drugs, According To Coroner's Report

After nearly four weeks, Philip Seymour Hoffman‘s cause of death has finally been confirmed.
It’s even worse than expected.
The NYC medical examiner’s office lists the cause of death as “acute mixed drug intoxication.”
Philip’s heroin addiction was well-known, but the coroner also found cocaine, benzodiazepines (an anti-anxiety medication), and amphetamines in his system.
The mix of heroin and cocaine, commonly referred to as a speedball, can be incredibly dangerous. John Belushi and Chris Farley also died with both drugs in their systems.
This lethal cocktail is officially what took Philip from us — and we all know he is still greatly missed.
