It’s still so heartbreaking for us to realize Philip Seymour Hoffman won’t be with us anymore impressing us consistently with his acting range and prowess.
Just like Philip, his character of Plutarch had to be a consummate actor himself in order to work against the Capitol without being detected, and we appreciate the opportunity to see more of PSH in these deleted scenes from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire!
