This story just gets sadder and sadder!
A man has told authorities that he reportedly saw Philip Seymour Hoffman withdraw a large amount of cash from an ATM nearby his West Village apartment in NYC on Saturday night, the night before the acclaimed actor was found dead in his apartment after an apparent overdose.
The witness reportedly saw PSH, who looked “very sweaty,” give the cash to two men with messenger bags. If this information is to be believed, the two men, who appeared to have been working together, could possibly be the dealers who supplied Philip with the lethal substances.
Authorities are on the hunt for the bank’s surveillance footage, not only to track down the dealers, but to also hopefully apprehend their “product” to ensure the safety of others.
It’s so sad to have lost him such a great talent.
