Photogs That Crashed The Bachelor Wedding Suing ABC!

Not the other way around!

The two paps who tried to sneak in to The Bachelor wedding between Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney last month are both suing ABC claiming battery, false imprisonment and negligence!

They are also suing Next Entertainment and the security company present at the wedding, claiming that all 3 companies “breached their duty of reasonable conduct by attacking and detaining or authorizing the attack and detention.”

The security guards tackled the paparazzi team of Eric Brogmus and Maximiliano Lopes and locked them up, but they were released later with no pressed charges.

All this over the Bachelor wedding?! Stoopid!
