ICYMI, Pink has been under fire lately for canceling multiple shows amid the Australian leg of her Beautiful Trauma tour. Our latest reports tell us that the Secrets singer was diagnosed with a gastric virus and sought treatment at St. Vincent’s Hospital.
The 38-year-old powerhouse performer has since been discharged, and took some time Tuesday night to update the “beautiful Sydney people” on her status directly.

Like we’ve said before, Pink shouldn’t even have to explain herself — especially while taking care of her physical and mental health.
