On Wednesday, the 37-year-old singer revealed she gave birth to her second child — a baby BOY — on December 26. How exciting!

Taking to Instagram, the new momma introduced Jameson Moon Hart to the world with a sweet picture of the two snuggling (above)! We LOVE the moniker!
