Well, if you are hunkering for pizza on the big game day, you should know you are not alone. According to reports Super Bowl Sunday is one of the biggest pizza-delivery days of the year. Supposedly, pizzerias can expect a 35% jump in sales on game day. Take Papa Johns, for example. On Super Bowl Sunday, the estimate their total delivery travel distance on February 6 will be 300,000 miles.
That’s a trip around the moon! Crazy!
