Pizza Hut Manager FIRED For Refusing To Keep His Restaurant Open On Thanksgiving!

Having some holiday spirit just cost a Pizza Hut employee his job!
General manager Tony Rohr has worked at the Elkhart, Indiana restaurant for more than 10 years! But when he was told to keep the ovens on for Thanksgiving, Tony said no way!
Unlike other stores and big businesses that are staying open on Thursday, Mr. Rohr wanted to make sure his employees had the day off to spend with their families! But the suits at corporate didn’t agree with his decision to put up the closed sign!
He was told to either stay open on Thankgiving or resign! Tony instead sent his bosses a letter or protest that read:

“I am not quitting. I do not resign however I accept that the refusal to comply with this greedy, immoral request means the end of my tenure with this company. I hope you realize that it’s the people at the bottom of the totem pole that make your life possible.”

Dayum! Now that’s what we call a deep-dish SLAM!
We’re with you, Tony! This is meant to be a day filled of thanks, family and um…hello, TURKEY! Not pizza!
We love stuffed crust as much as anyone, but c’mon, Pizza Hut! Give your employees the day off! And give Tony his job back!
