One New England man took Planet Fitness‘ “judgement-free zone” too literally.
Eric Stagno was arrested on Sunday at the gym’s location in Plaistow, New Hampshire after gym goers caught him exercising completely naked.
According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, police were called into the building after witnesses alleged that, “the guy walked in, stripped down right there in front, left the clothes and belongings at the front desk, walked back and forth across the gym a couple of times and then settled in over at the yoga mats.”

Authorities found the 34-year-old in a “yoga-type pose” when they arrived. He was taken into custody without incident and charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
The yogi apparently thought he’d be able to get away with his nude workout because the gym considers itself a “judgment-free zone,” officials said.
But people were certainly judging — gym members reported feeling “sick,” “unsafe,” and “disgusted” by Stagno’s alleged routine.
He was reportedly released on $1,000 bail and is set to appear in court on September 21.
