Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers Pleads Not Guilty To Invasion Of Privacy After Posting Body-Shaming Nude Photo

Dani Mathers pleaded not guilty to invasion of privacy after being charged for that horrible Snapchat she shared of a naked woman in a gym locker room.
In case you missed it, back in July the Playboy Playmate posted a photo of another gym-goer who, in the privacy of the women’s locker room, wasn’t wearing any clothes.

In the snap’s caption, the 29-year-old straight-up body-shamed the poor lady, writing:

“If I can’t unsee this, then you can’t either.”

Truly sickening.
While Mathers has since admitted she was wrong and even tweeted that she has “taken full responsibility,” she pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge on Monday.
So not FULL responsibility we guess…
The model wasn’t in court, but her attorney, Tom Mesereau, submitted her plea, later telling reporters:

“She very much regrets what happened. She apologized for her behavior and we’re looking forward to resolving this case in a very fair manner.”

So far, Miz Mathers has been banned from every LA Fitness location. If she’s found guilty of the misdemeanor charge, she could get slapped with up to six months in jail, as well as a fine up to $1,000.
Her next hearing is slated for December 21, but Dani doesn’t actually need to be there either. Maybe she’ll just Skype it from a public restroom…
