Who lets their baby drive a car?!
Actor Marion “Pooch” Hall of Ray Donovan was arrested last night for suspicion of DUI and felony child endangerment in Burbank, California.

According to TMZ, eyewitnesses claim that the actor smashed into a parked car, and allegedly had his two-year-old son in his lap holding the steering wheel because he was too drunk to drive.
His blood alcohol level was reportedly .25, three times the legal limit — yikes! Thankfully, his son is safe and was released to his wife.
