The resurrection of old-skool cartoons for major motion pictures continues.
Sony Pictures is planning on bringing the classic TV cartoon sailer and lover of spinach back to the movies in a new CGI animated flick. A script is already in the works by Mike Jones, who looks forward to “reintroducing” Popeye and his friends to the next generation.
That’s fine, just avoid involving Robin Williams if you can! Remember how he DESTROYED the last flick!
