London restaurant Cipriani, frequented by David Beckham and other celebs, has filed for administration in the UK to “to protect its assets.”
This decision comes following a lawsuit filed by Hotel Cipriani in Venice over a trademark issue costing the restaurant company £1.57 million. An appeal is already being filed against the hotel.
But the restaurant will continue operating so the celebrities can all continue to eat their posh meals! Oh, thank goodness!
