Portia de Rossi appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday, and the talk show host asked her about the big rumor that’s constantly following her around: are she and Ellen DeGeneres going to have a baby?!

Well, Portia put those rumors to bed when she explained:
“It’s just one big rumor that doesn’t seem to go away, and at this point, I feel like I’m disappointing the whole of America, not just my mother.”
BUT Miz de Rossi also talked about the one thing that helps keep her and Ellen from having their own babies: their two nieces!
