Carrie Prejean is thinking of suing Miss California USA for defamation, but now the pageant is threatening to counter-sue!
For “churlish insolent misbehavior”!

The legal documents issued to Prejean on Tuesday read: “If Carrie Prejean wants to assert in public that she was courteous, cooperative or professional in her conduct as Miss California USA, the history of her churlish insolent misbehavior can be presented.”
Turns out Prejean lied when she publicly said she didn’t sign on for a book deal!
Along with fibbing about her book deal, the former Miss Cali also turned down 39 public appearances!!!

And the kicker?
The legal docs claim Prejean is guilty of defamation herself when she stated that Miss Cali rep Keith Lewis “pressured” the homophobe into appearing in Playboy!
The docs say he “never advocated” she should appear in the nudie mag.
Well, of course!
