He already has a Nobel Peace Prize. Now, President Barack Obama could be on his way to winning an Emmy!
The CEO of Netflix, Reed Hastings, sat down with the Prez for a photo op at the White House yesterday. Obama was there to meet with other tech company bosses to discuss plans on how to fix the failing Obamacare website.
But before they could get down to business, the President asked Reed if he had any advance copies of his fave show House of Cards!
The online drama, starring Kevin Spacey, takes place in Washington DC and has millions of fans, including President Obama, hooked on its twists, turns, and fast-paced story!
While Reed didn’t have any new episodes to show Barack, he did offer him one better: a walk-on role!
Reed asked of the President:
“Are you willing to do a little cameo?├óΓé¼┬¥
Obama didn’t say yes or no but he did offer a compliment to the series, while at the same time taking a jab at the current Congress! He remarked:
├óΓé¼┼ôWell, I wish things were that ruthlessly efficient. It├óΓé¼Γäós true. I like Kevin Spacey. This guy’s getting a lot of stuff done!├óΓé¼┬¥
