A judge in Dublin has ordered Prince to pay $2.95 million to the Irish concert promoters after he canceled a 2008 concert in the city without explanation!
Prince pulled out of the performance in Croke Park after MCD, the country’s biggest concert organizers, booked the venue and sold 55,000 tickets!
William Morris agent Marc Geiger did testify in court saying he rarely talks to Prince directly and that he’s one of the most difficult clients to get in touch with.
Apparently one of the rare times he did speak with him about the case, Prince told Geiger, “Tell the cat to chill. We will work something out.”
LOLs! Sounds like he’s not too worried about all these pending lawsuits!
