What Prince William Just Said About This Mother Will Leave You In Tears

Losing a parent is never easy.
It’s a whole ‘nother animal when you’re a teenager and you lose a mother or a father.
Which is what happened to Prince William when he was 15-years-old and he lost his mother Princess Diana in a car crash.
It also happened to Rob and Paul Forkan who lost their parents in the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami when they were teenagers, as well.
But they were able to pick themselves up afterwards, and have gone on to build a lot of orphanages in emerging nations, and Prince William recently congratulated the two for their efforts during a recent event at Buckingham Palace .
Here’s what Rob Forkan said Prince William told him:

“He said he lost his mum at 15 but there was always a silver lining and you should dust yourself off and carry on. He applauded what we had done and said keep up the good work. He’s got his own family now ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ that was his silver lining.”

We LOVE hearing how Prince William’s wife Kate Middleton and son Prince George have become Prince William’s silver linings.
And it must be nice for them to hear Prince William say such nice things about them!
Well, nice for Kate! Prince George isn’t really able to understand his sensitive and brilliant father, just yet!
