Could Prince George be getting some royal friends for a play date soon??
The answer is a resounding yes, because Princess Charlene of Monaco is pregnant… with twins!
The 36-year-old former Olympic swimmer married into royalty when she wed Monaco’s Prince Albert, 56, back in 2011.
While Charlene is already a stepmother to Albert’s two children born out of wedlock, her soon-to-be twins will be the next in line for the Mon├â┬⌐gasque crown. The big question, though, is which of the twins will reign supreme?

While whichever twin is technically born first will have the upper hand, it’s unclear from the city-state’s constitution what would occur if a baby girl was born first, but was followed by a brother since the government is patriarchal in Monaco.
But, we’re sure figuring out the royal line is the farthest thing from Charlene’s mind because while she only just announced the pregnancy, her due date is actually in two months’ time.
The twins will be Charlene’s first children, and we can’t wait to find out what their names will be.
