Procter & Gamble have completed their $2.7 billion sale of their Pringles brand to Kellogg recently.
You heard us. That’s $2,700,000,000!!
Eight zeros!
Pringles makes about $1.5 billion in revenue every year so they were quite the hot commodity.
The craziest part is that after taxes, P&G will net about $1.4 to $1.5 billion.
The government makes a billion dollars off this deal and they didn’t do anything! Other than keep the Commies at bay we guess.
We wonder if this means Kellogg would consider a Pringles breakfast cereal!
That’d either be gross or amazing.
Yay Pringles!
