Fashionistas and gamers alike, rejoice!
Word just got out that the Weinstein Co. has joined forces with Atari to create a Project Runway video to be played on the Nintento Wii console.
The game, which is expected to hit stores next spring, will follow the structure of the successful TV show: players will compete to create their own designs, pick out the hair, makeup and accessories, and then designer turns model when the player struts his or her design down the runway.
Involvement from both Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn is expected, but details are still hazy on that front.
Jim Wilson, Atari CEO, said “Of all the brand opportunities out there, we thought Project Runway was the leading fashion brand. The audience is building, the talent is recognizable. It reaches such a broad audience.”
Fun!! We can’t wait to play that!
We just wish it would be ready in time for Santa!
