Danielle Staub is being court ordered to attend a mediation hearing with her ex-husband Kevin Maher on Friday morning in Orange County.
Maher is suing the Real Housewives star for slander and asking $5 million in damages. He claims Danielle spread stories that he raped her on a bed of broken glass, forced her to play Russian Roulette, and also murdered her dog.
WTF?!
The judge is hoping that the mediation can “facilitate a resolution of the case before it goes to trial.”
“I will listen to the mediator … but if the results are not fair and reasonable, I look forward to my day in court when I can call [Danielle] out on her lies,” said Maher. “I want to be vindicated for the horrific crimes she falsely accuses me of.”
We don’t blame him.
