Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you, Dr. Diddy!
That’s right! Puff Daddy received an honorary doctorate from Howard University on Saturday morning. He was on hand to not only accept his degree but to also deliver the commencement address to this year’s graduates!
Dayum! Talk about a good year to graduate from Howard!
Sean Combs had attended the Washington, DC school for two years before dropping out in 1990. He told the crowd this morning:
“Ain’t no homecoming like a Howard homecoming. Howard University didn├óΓé¼Γäót just change my life ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ it entered my soul, my heart, my being and my spirit.├óΓé¼┬¥
Diddy did a lot even without a college degree though. He founded Bad Boy Records and changed the hip-hop music industry forever.
And along the way, taught and mentored COUNTLESS musicians.
We think it’s only fitting he have this honor!
