It’s been a very, very, VERY long time since Amy Winehouse has released any new music. To be fair, she’s been busy. Whiskey doesn’t drink itself, you know!
But Quincy Jones is celebrating his multiple decades creating beautiful music and Amy will be a part of that celebration. With the help of Mark Ronson, Wino recorded a remake of the classic It’s My Party for a special album commemorating all of Qunicy’s past hits. Other artists contributing to the album are Usher, Ludacris, Akon, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige, T-Pain and LL Cool J.
This should be interesting! Maybe after this, she’ll sober up long enough to make her own album.
We won’t hold our breathe on that though!
