Hey, are you a smoker??
Well you already know the science and have heard all the facts… you know you should quit.
But you haven’t or can’t for whatever reason.
Well there’s good news for those of you who are struggling to kick the habit!
You have time on your side. (Depending on your age.)
Smoking cuts about 10 years off a person’s average lifespan, but that damage isn’t permanent, as long as you can quit.
The magic number to try and quit by??
It’s 40! A doctor who deals with global public health said:

“Quitting smoking before age 40, and preferably well before 40, gives back almost all of the decades of lost life from continued smoking. That’s not to say, however, that it is safe to smoke until you are 40 and then stop. Former smokers still have a greater risk of dying sooner than people who never smoked. But the risk is small compared to the huge risk for those who continue to smoke.”

So you hear that?!
Quit smoking now and you can live a normal life!
Do it for you! Do it for your health! Do it for your future grandkids!
