Spotted.
In new footage obtained by TMZ, we see R. Kelly toodling around a mall in Chicago with alleged sex slave, Joycelyn Savage, whose parents believe to be brainwashed by the singer as part of his rumored sex cult.

The clip — which seems suspiciously staged, no?? — follows the duo during their shopping excursion and is sure to show Joycelyn with her hand on the controversial singer’s neck. The video is set up to appear like the two are dating.
This all comes after more and more women continue to come out with allegations against the Ignition artist, and a Time’s Up call to action for his supporters to disown him.
