Rachel Dolezal's Parents Speak With The Today Show About Their Daughter's Lies! See What They Had To Say HERE!

We can’t imagine this is an easy time for them.
Rachel Dolezal‘s parents, Lawrence and Ruthanne Dolezal, already came forward when they were contacted by a reporter regarding the truthfulness to their daughter’s statements regarding her racial background.

This morning, both Lawrence and Ruthanne sat down and spoke with the Today show (below) to let them know their side of the story and that they’re “puzzled” by the recent events and just want to be honest in regards to Rachel’s identity.
The parents said of Rachel and raising the rest of their children:

“We taught our children, as we raised all 6 of them, ‘Tell the truth. Always be honest.’ So we weren’t going to lie, we told the truth. Rachel is our birth daughter.”
