Gurl is NOT backing down!
Rachel Uchitel has given PerezHilton.com an EXCLUSIVE statement in regards to her legal battle against The New York Post for allegedly misquoting an article in which she discussed losing her fiance in the 9/11 attacks, and although she’s currently not planning to press charges, she is not taking the whole mess lying down!
She says:
“I am not suing anybody. But I have lawyered up, and a letter will go to the Post tomorrow…They TOTALLY turned my quotes around and made the tone negative. I will make noise about this and see if this paper will really stand by this biased writer. And if they do, this is a paper people will come to understand should not be trusted.”
Yeesh!
Who knows exactly went on in this interview, but we must admit, it seems highly unlikely that she would speak about such a tragic loss – which clearly affected her very deeply – in the fashion that the Post inferred she did.
