Texas Rapper & His 5-Year-Old Daughter Tragically Shot Dead

A Texas rapper and his 5-year-old daughter are tragically dead after becoming the unfortunate victims of a brutal shooting.

G$ Lil Ronnie and his daughter R’Mani were at a car wash in the Fort Worth suburb of Forest Hill in Texas on Monday when they were viciously gunned down in broad daylight. According to a Forest Hill Police Department press release, they were called to the car wash just before 11:00 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. According to their “preliminary investigation,” two suspects are said to have “exited a four-door white Kia and approached the victim’s vehicle, which was stationary in a bay at the car wash. The suspects opened fire on the victims before fleeing the scene.”

In graphic footage obtained by TMZ, the shooters are seen chasing after Lil Ronnie, 30, who eventually collapses due to his injuries. Watch at your own discretion (below):

The FHPD noted responding officers “began providing life-saving measures to two victims, but tragically, both were pronounced dead at the scene.”

So incredibly tragic. The fact that a completely innocent child was wrapped up in this is just unforgivable. Whoever would pull a trigger after seeing a 5-year-old is just… There are no words.

According to NBC Dallas-Fort Worth, Lil Ronnie, who’s real name is Ronnie Smith, just celebrated his daughter’s 5th birthday one day before their murders.

What a complete tragedy. Our hearts are with Lil Ronnie and R’Mani’s family. Rest in peace.
