Rare Bongo Calf Born In Taronga Zoo!

The folks at Taronga Zoo got a SUPER rare treat!!!
A baby Eastern bongo was born April 2nd, a joy to watch by zookeepers on CC TV cameras.
The bongo is critically endangered, so a sight like this is surely welcome.
With their beautiful long horns and spiral coats, we best try to keep these bongos populated!
Baby Kiazi, a girl, is mama Djembe‘s first calf.
