It seems like Ray J‘s recent efforts to smooth things over with his wife Princess Love were done in vain.
Earlier this week, the 38-year-old Love & Hip Hop star appeared on The Wendy Williams Show and finally admitted he was wrong for nearly leaving his pregnant wife stranded in Las Vegas after the Soul Train Awards while out partying with other women.
The star probably thought he did a decent job at trying to making amends, but that couldn’t be further from the truth if Princess’ latest cryptic post is to be believed!

In a since-deleted Instagram pic, the expectant momma shared a quote which seemed to hint she is NOT on board for working things out with Ray. Read her very telling message, (below):
“If the universe if forcing muthafu**as out of your life, let that shit happen.”
Yeah, that doesn’t sound too good — and it’s hard to imagine that anecdote is about anyone other than the starlet’s baby daddy.

After the post went up, one follower decided to call the starlet out for appearing to flip-flop on the topic of reconciling with the One Wish artist. In the comments section, the user wrote:
“Make up your mind?”
But the 35-year-old reality TV star fired back and let us know she’s had her mind made up for quite some time now, replying:
“When did I change it?”
As we’ve been reporting, the tumultuous pair have been fighting for weeks over what went down in Sin City when Ray went MIA on his wife and their 18-month-old daughter, Melody Norwood.
We were all but convinced the pair was headed for splitsville when sources close to the situation revealed Princess was “fed up” with her man’s antics. The Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood alum backed up those claims in a since-removed social media post where she admitted she did not want to be married anymore. At the time, the whole fam was STILL stuck in Las Vegas, too.
But then things seemed to take a turn for the better when the couple returned to Los Angeles, appearing as a united front at a maternity shoot for their baby on the way.
And as we mentioned earlier, Brandy‘s brother issued quite the sappy apology to his spouse in conversation with Wendy Williams where he completely took the blame for their issues and said:
“She’s right. I’m not going to even defend it. Baby, I was wrong. You are right.”
He also pledged to never put their soon-to-be family of four through this kind of drama again, adding:
“I have to do better, and I have to understand my wife is pregnant. I have to think a little more wiser when I’m making decisions.”
TMZ also caught up with Ray in New York City on Wednesday after his appearance on the daytime talk show and at the time, he admitted “only God knows” if there’s a real shot at reconciliation with Princess.
Welp. It all must’ve been too little too late!
