A couple of months ago “retired” porn star Sasha Grey got in a sticky situation after parents found out the special guest “actress” that came to read to their elementary-aged kids had once won “Best Oral Sex Scene” for her work in Babysitters.
Apparently the educational community’s beef with Grey effort to spread a love of literature isn’t over! The (adult)production company that made last porn flick, Anal Artists, offered to donate Grey’s proceeds to the Read Across America — but the National Education Association has rejected the dirty money.
NEA officials said:
“Sasha Grey is not affiliated with the National Education Association├óΓé¼Γäós Read Across America program nor has she been invited or endorsed by NEA to read at any of the association├óΓé¼Γäós Read Across America Day events, and NEA will not accept any proceeds from her latest, or any of her films.”
Really?
Are they rejecting the money because they want kids to read porn magazines instead of watching it in movies? LOL!
Seriously though, they should take the money. It’s a good cause, as long as donation was made legally they shouldn’t care where it came from!
