Real Housewife Won't Go To Jail After All

That’s a relief. We don’t think Bravo cameras would be able to go in there anyway.

Gretchen Rossi from The Real Housewives of Orange County avoided jailtime this morning by doing the right thing and showing up to court to face-off with her former lover.

If she hadn’t, they would have thrown her in prison! How rude!

Jay Photoglou is suing the reality star for almost $24,000 for libel and slander and rather than prolong the agony, Gretchen decided she would pay him off to shut him off. However, the case was extended until tomorrow, at the request of her attorney, so that they could give the guy his money in the from of a bond, not a check.

Why? Oh, because the sleaze ball owes the IRS $30,000 and Gretchen’s lawyers thought it would easier to get the government their money back if they did things this way.

How nice! Putting the nation first like that! Bet that scored a bunch of points with the judge!
