Looks like Teresa Giudice will see a special someone very soon!
As we reported, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star spent her first weekend in jail alone as her husband Joe Giudice did not have the clearance needed to visit.

But is this because the 42-year-old is a convicted felon?! And if so, he is even allowed to visit Tre in the first place?
Well according to a prison specialist…
That’s not the case at all.
The source said:
“A spouse who is also a convicted felon is normally cleared. He’ll most likely be allowed to visit.”
While visitors with criminal records are usually not allowed to visit, Joe will probably be an exception as he and his wife have children.
And in regards to him not having the necessary clearance to visit last weekend:
“It’s not an automatic process. It can take up to two weeks for immediate family members to get approved ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ especially since the warden is so busy with the men’s prison there, which he also runs.”
Hopefully Teresa will enjoy a family visit in the near future!
