Justice has been served!
And, by justice, we of course mean cash will transfer hands!
Viacom and former Real World cast-mate Tonya Cooley announced plans to settle a lawsuit brought about last year after the reality star alleged she was wrongfully booted from the show when two other stars raped her with a toothbrush!!
While the company vehemently denies Kenneth Santucci and Evan Starkman violated Tonya during the filming of The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins, MTV‘s parent company is deciding to settle after all!
Terms of the deal are still being negotiated. but both parties informed the judge they will resolve the dispute on their own terms. We’re glad both sides are seemingly content though we wonder how this affects everyone else.
Kenny and Evan were publicly accused of sexually assaulting a woman!
If they raped her, they deserve to be prosecuted! If they are innocent, they deserve to have their names cleared!
We don’t know what to think, but Viacom spending money to keep the situation under wraps isn’t exactly a rush to their defense!
