Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane are giving their marriage another go? Her latest move would suggest so!
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, the Urban Legend actress requested on Wednesday to dismiss the divorce petition she filed seven years ago! Whoa! What?!
You may recall back in February 2018, Rebecca submitted the paperwork to end their marriage after 14 years. What happened with the Grey’s Anatomy hunk? Did they grow apart? Was it something else?? It is unknown as she only cited irreconcilable differences at the time!

The Jawbreaker star also asked for spousal support and joint legal and physical custody of their two daughters — 15-year-old Billie and 13-year-old Georgia. However, in the past seven years since they broke up, they never reached a settlement! Normally, we would take it as a sign that these two were fighting over the finances and custody behind the scenes… but all seemed well between them!
They’ve gone on several family vacations over the years, including to Paris in 2022. The pair went to Cabo together in 2023, where they were seen holding hands. And then, in December, they took the kids to Hawaii. All signs of friendly exes! But now, it appears they may not be just co-parents anymore and are giving their relationship another shot! Crazy, right?
Here’s what is inneresting, though…
People reported McSteamy was romantically linked to another woman named Priya Jain since November 2024. They sparked romance rumors when they were seen at a sushi restaurant in West Hollywood. And just one month ago, they still appeared to be going strong! The Euphoria actor had his arm wrapped around her shoulder as they took a stroll in Los Angeles in February. See (below):

We guess she and Eric called it quits at some point over the past few weeks, and Rebecca swooped in real fast to get her man back! Well, we hope that’s how it went! Otherwise, we may have a different kind of story on our hands — a MUCH more scandalous one!
