She’s got a good heart.
Sources reveal that while Reese Witherspoon is still recouping from being struck by a car earlier this week, she has decided not to press charges against the 84-year-old driver who struck her.
The woman obviously should be held accountable for what she did, but seeing as Reese will be making a full recovery, there’s not sense making the situation more stressful with a lawsuit. The woman wasn’t drunk and she didn’t hit Reese maliciously. So, for all intents and purposes, we think Reese is making the right decision to just let the woman be.
